Wellington --Tofurkey, mushroom duxelle and fresh herb pate encased in  vegan puff pastry and baked, served with garlic mashed potatoes and a savory miso gravy, and spicy green beans.

Winter Vegetable Curry -- Spicy/sweet curry of cauliflower, redskin potatoes, onions, sweet potatoes, green peas, mushrooms and carrots simmered with ginger, garlic, hot peppers, lemon, cilantro, coriander, cumin and cayenne (with a hint of cinnamon), garnished with sesame seeds and served with organic brown rice, a really spicy lentil dal, and a cup of soothing soy yogurt.
