A Night Out at Seva

SASHA Farm and Seva Restaurant in Ann Arbor would like to invite you spend an evening enjoying good company and a gourmet vegan dinner! Maybe you've been looking for the perfect place to take your compassionate Valentine? Or maybe you just want to show your love for the animal residents of SASHA Farm? Either way, here are the details...

Appetizer Platter
Chargrilled Asparagus with Sesame Vinaigrette
Wild Mushroom Pate on Herb Crostini
Filo Cups with Tomato-Basil Compote

Baby Greens Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Entrees: Choose one when you purchase your ticket – There will be no substitutions at the event.

Wellington --Tofurkey, mushroom duxelle and fresh herb pate encased in vegan puff pastry and baked, served with garlic mashed potatoes and a savory miso gravy, and spicy green beans.

Savory Pecan Crepes -- Ground pecans and silken tofu rolled in savory vegan crepes and baked, topped with a roasted vegetable sauce and served with fresh, chargrilled asparagus and baked sweet potato.

Chargrilled Eggplant with Tomato-Basil Relish -- Tender slices of chargrilled eggplant served on a bed of couscous, topped with a relish of fresh Roma tomatoes, capers, garlic, basil and parsley with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, served with oven-baked sourdough garlic bread.

Pasta with Asparagus -- Fresh asparagus, red peppers and portabella mushrooms sautéed in olive oil and garlic, tossed with penne pasta, fresh basil, chives, parsley and a touch of lemon, garnished with freshly ground black pepper, served with oven-baked sourdough garlic bread.

Seating is limited. Tickets must be purchased no later than Feb. 4th. No tickets will be sold at the door.
