Gretchen is a potbellied pig. She was abandoned at a local Humane Society, and they contacted SASHA Farm and asked us to take her in.

When she arrived, it was quickly apparent that she was not alone. Gretchen was very pregnant! Unfortunately, due to poor nutrition at her former home, all her babies were stillborn.

Gretchen recovered, though, and has grown to be one of the sweetest potbellies at the sanctuary.
