Persian Brave is a thoroughbred race horse that earned $365,000
for his owner, but once he obtained a minor injury and couldn't
race anymore, he was going to be sent to the slaughterhouse. A
horse rescue operation from Ohio contacted SASHA Farm and asked
us to give shelter to Brave instead. He's been leading a normal
life at our farm for over four years now, enjoying his freedom
in the hillside pasture!
